I will help you get curious about the underlying reasons why these new behaviors showed up, and we’ll work together to help you develop new tools to make them soften. You want to be your whole self but you also want to be your best, most authentic self. Aligned and in tune with yourself.

    • In our work together you will build new awareness and learn to challenge negative thoughts and feelings. You will learn to better understand your body, its reactions and develop and sustain new ways to effectively manage your stress in the future.

  • Absolutely! I typically recommend that you find a comfortable and private space where you are less likely to feel worried about others listening to your conversation. I also advise you to use headphones and make sure you have a strong internet signal for our scheduled appointments to ensure you’re distraction free while we do the work.

  • Let me put it to you straight. Growth is typically uncomfortable and there can be some ‘stretch’ involved. Sitting and squaring up with difficult emotions can be challenging at times, but I promise to do my best to ensure you have the best set of coping skills to manage the “big” feelings during our session and outside of sessions. My goal is to support you and make you as comfortably uncomfortable to ensure our work is meaningful and lasting. You won’t have to navigate this alone.
