A direct but warm and grounded space for men who are done pretending everything is fine.


We work on regulation, emotional control, relationship repair, and sustainable leadership without shaming strength or suppressing drive.

Burnout Coaching

Burnout coaching is for high achievers who are not in crisis but know something needs to shift. This is focused, goal driven work designed to recalibrate how you carry responsibility, make decisions, and manage pressure.

Hi, I’m Monica Helvie, a Licensed Marriage and Family and trauma therapist serving the Rockwall- Heath, TX region and nearby areas. 

I work with high achieving millennial adults who look composed on the outside but feel maxed out inside. I firmly believe that strength should be integrated and intentional, and that success should not cost you your peace, your relationships, or your health.


Before opening my private practice in 2019, I spent nine years in community mental health working in high risk, under resourced counties while raising three children under five. I know what it feels like to carry a lot and keep going because people are counting on you. That experience shaped how I work today, direct, grounded, and focused on real change.


When I’m not in session, you’ll find me sitting on bleachers at one of my kiddos sports events, building new things for my businesses, or working on a project around the house with my husband because we’re high achievers too! ;)
